    I found that rubbing a drop of lavender essential oil right under my nose allows me to sleep like a baby. Prior to trying this I woke up 6 times a night and was always feeling hyper and stressed. I kept trying this method and suddenly realized that it was working. My mind would be racing and then without even noticing, I would drift off for a nice long stretch. I swear by this method even though I am not really even aware of getting sleepy. I don’t even really like the smell, I had just heard it might help. It really does.
