RECIPE: Massage & Body Oil for an Active Body

What You'll Need:

Rosemary essential oil - 4 drops

Helichrysum essential oil - 7 drops

Frankincense essential oil - 6 drops

Carrier oil of your choice - 30mL

Benefits:

Rosemary: regenerates and offers relief from fatigue

Helichrysum: unmatched support in tissue rebuilding & healing

Frankincense: supports a relaxed & limber body

 

RECIPE:

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass container of your choice.

2. Massage onto areas of the body that are sore, bruised or overworked. Please do not massage this blend onto open wounds.

3. Enjoy and repeat as needed!
