Sara Crow’s Nightly Beauty Routine

Every evening I look forward to slowing down, unwinding, and nourishing myself with healing plants. With a strong cup of hot lemon balm and tulsi tea fortified with Lavender Flower Essence Tincture, I head upstairs for ‘me’ time.

I start to run the bath…I don’t know where I’d be without bath time! I add 2 cups of relaxing and detoxifying dead sea mineral salts, 6 drops of Dream Blend, and 2 squirts of either Cellular Harmony or Flower Fortress essence.

While the tub is filling, I start to work on my skin.

I begin by washing my face, neck, and décolletage with Immortelle Cleansing Dew. For me, it is the embodiment of the irresistible aromatic biome of Corsica, a Mediterranean island paradise. Each time I use it I feel myself being swept away to that luscious, intoxicating world; and this alone is healing.

After a good deep massage into the skin, I remove it with a warm washcloth. I visualize it carrying away the ‘dirt’ of the day, especially any stress that I might be holding. I love that it contains flower essences designed to cleanse and rejuvenate the psyche, spirit, and skin.

I then spray myself with Inner Star Mist, dab Radiant Rose Eye Creme around my eyes (360 degrees), and apply Nectar of Immortelle followed by a generous layer of Immortelle Perfecting Creme.

Then I hop in the bath, focusing on being present and soaking up the healing gifts of the flowers and plants. I imagine being cleansed and nourished on every level while luxuriating in the mineral bath for about 20 minutes. When I hop out, I smooth Radiant Rose Body Serum on my skin while it’s still damp…I love breathing in the scent of wild roses and feeling the silky softness!

I work on my teeth and gums religiously now with a water flosser filled with a solution of baking soda and sea salt and brush them with a rotating brush dabbed in CoQ10-infused toothpaste. To end the day, I either give myself a facial acupuncture treatment or read a book before bed.

  1. Hello! This sounds like an amazing nightly ritual. I would like to inquire about your baking soda and sea salt solution used in your water flosser. I have used a sea salt solution in the past for swishing, but would like to know your quantities of baking soda to sea salt.
    Thank you!
