Wondering how herbs can help you heal? Join us for a comprehensive overview of plant medicine in traditional healing systems such as Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, as well as modern science. These herbs are proven to have hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, and neuroprotective properties and can also guard against the increasing dangers of environmental and physiological toxins caused by mental, emotional, and spiritual stress.
In this five-day immersive program, licensed acupuncturist David Crow, LAc, will share his 40 years of study and practice that combine practical teaching of herbal medicine with a spiritual and ecological understanding of current environmental issues and health concerns—including issues of aging, herb/drug interactions, and the current state of environmental toxicity.
During this highly informative and empowering workshop, you will learn to:
- Incorporate herbal and aromatherapy strategies to counteract mental and emotional stress and exhaustion
- Utilize herbal products and preparations for recovery from antibiotic use
- Create a radioprotective home pharmacy and kitchen apothecary
- Understand how the senses reveal physiological processes that support detoxification, rejuvenation, immune enhancement, and organ protection.
