This Soothing Flower ‘Milk’ Bath recipe is both softening and nourishing. It’s lovely for all, but is especially helpful for dry, itchy, reddened skin.

  1. First, blend organic oats into a powder
  2. Add 2 drops of each essential oil into raw honey and mix together
  3. Add both the organic oat powder and raw honey essential oil mix to a bath
  4. Add 1 dropper of a flower essence of your choice
  5. Sprinkle in finely ground flowers if desired
