India’s Ancient “Science of Life” for Modern Icelanders

Ayurveda For Iceland is a five-day training in Ayurveda’s universal concepts and timeless methods of achieving and maintaining vitality and wellbeing, adapted for the unique climate, environment, and health challenges of Iceland.

The Program:
Day 1: Peaceful Mind: Reducing Stress and Eliminating Anxiety
Day 2: Feast of Nectars: Rejuvenation From Fatigue, Depression and Low Immunity
Day 3: Inner Fire: Increasing the Power Of Digestion and Nutritional Health
Day 4: Secrets of the Moon: Ayurveda For Women’s Health
Day 5: Ayurveda and Spirit: Meditations On The Energies of the Body and Nature

The training can be taken as a complete course or as individual days. Each class includes the use of foods, herbs, essential oils and lifestyle programs, with emphasis on locally available and easy to use resources.

Presented by David Crow
David Crow is an acupuncturist and herbalist with over thirty years of clinical experience. He has studied Chinese, Ayurvedic, Tibetan and other ethnobotanical systems of healing around the world, is the author of numerous books, and an internationally known speaker and teacher. He is the founder of Floracopeia, which supports ecological agriculture through the production of essential oils, and the cofounder of the Learning Garden, which has helped bring cultivation of organic food and medicinal plants into the Los Angeles public school system.   1. I think as beeing student is to expensive price for one day.
    Not many people can afford to pay even they would like to come, but no posibility because mostly of my friends can not afford to pay this price for one day.
    Is there any solution to reduced price?
